3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be secured with a deposit.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge or loss of deposit.
No-shows will be charged in full or have their deposit forfeited.
4. Online Shop
Products are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full before dispatch.
We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue items at any time.
5. Returns & Refunds (Online Shop)
Skincare products are non-returnable if opened due to hygiene regulations.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days for replacement or refund.
